Volunteer with Us
We could not do all that we do without the help of our incredible volunteers! We are a 100% volunteer organization. Every volunteer that comes our way is truly valuable to our organization, and we appreciate all of the hard work and effort that volunteers give to us and our horses.

Volunteer Requirements
We are always in need of passionate, hardworking, and dependable individuals to assist with feed shifts, training, events, programs, and other tasks.
FHHR welcomes individuals with horse experience and as beginners. All volunteers must attend one New Volunteer Orientation session which is scheduled on the first Saturday of every month from 1-3 pm. You can find these dates by clicking on "News & Events." YOU MUST EMAIL FREEDOM.HILL.ORG@GMAIL.COM TO REGISTER FOR A VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION. We strive to empower our volunteers by helping them develop their horsemanship skills through training and education.
The horses that we bring into the rescue depend on us to help them through this new chapter in their life, and we owe it to them to provide them with the best quality care that we possibly can and consistent handling. We believe that they deserve our very best, and we hope to have volunteers who will go the extra mile to ensure that they are truly "Free to Live Again!"
Please print out the Volunteer Registration Form and the FHHR Equine Liability Waiver, complete both documents, and bring them with you to your orientation. If you do not have access to a printer, please let us know and we will provide these documents for you at the orientation. Please fill out the adjacent form and the Volunteer Coordinator will contact you with the next available Volunteer Orientation. We can't wait to meet you!
